The guestrooms at Phong Nha Mountain House were really comfortable and cozy. I loved the laptop-friendly workspace, perfect for catching up on work. The air conditioning was a relief from the hot weather. The free WiFi and minibar were an added bonus!
The only thing I liked less was the shower in the private bathroom. It was a bit small for my liking, but others might still find it enjoyable.

Our stay at Phong Nha Mountain House was wonderful! The room was newly renovated, clean, spacious, and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The highlight was definitely the delicious breakfast and dinner that we enjoyed during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

During my xmas stay, I found the room to be spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The location was peaceful and quiet, which was a plus for me. I also appreciated the complimentary laundry service provided by the hotel.
One downside of my stay was the noise from the roosters in the morning. They started their crowing early and it was quite loud.

Our stay at Phong Nha Mountain House was amazing! We got great value for our money with comfortable rooms, stunning mountain views, and delicious breakfast served on our private balcony. The location was perfect too, away from the busy tourist area, but easily accessible with the bikes provided. The staff, especially Ms. Ai, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

We had an unforgettable experience at this hidden gem in the mountains. the wooden houses, surrounded by stunning views of nature, provided a peaceful retreat. the staff were helpful and accommodating, assisting us with tours and transfers. Breakfast on the private balcony was a delightful way to start the day. the spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, with a touch of luxury. We especially loved the tranquil location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The surrounding construction zones disrupted the tranquility at times.
